Tarman machine company is a manufacturing plant located in Canal Pointe Industrial Park in Canal Winchester, OH.  We currently have 23 full time employees and run one shift usually five days a week.  We are mainly a CNC job shop that specializes in prototype and small quantity, tight tolerance work.  However we do have the capability to accommodate just about any machining or manufacturing needs required, including high volume production. We offer quality parts with on time deliveries and have numerous qualified vendors we work with to complete any plating, welding,
or heat-treating needs you may require.

  1. ONE Cincinnati Milacron Cinturn – cap. 11.750 x 24” with 10 in. chucks, accepts a 2.5” dia. through the spindle.
  2. Three Clausing Storms – cap. 6.5 x 13.5” with 6 in. chucks, accepts 1.625” dia. through the spindle.

*Two of the storms are equipped with LNS bar feeders, with a capacity of .125” – 1.500” dia.

Manual Machines

  1. Bridgeport Mill – programmable two axes, with anilam control.
  2. Acra-Turn Manual Engine Lathe – cap. 21 x 80” with 12 in. chuck, accepts a 3.032” dia. through the spindle. Equipped with sargon digital readout.
  3. Clausing Manual Engine Lathe – cap. 15 x 50” with 8 in. chuck and collet chuck, accepts a 1.25” dia. through the spindle and has an optional six station turret that can be easily installed on the machine. Also equipped with Acu-Rite digital readout.

Material Saws

  1. DoAll Automatic Saw – maximum 12” jaw capacity with automatic bar feed.
